Hi, folks-- 
I am always looking for better team exercises for my OB courses and would really appreciate any of your favorites you could put me on to. Topics might include decision-making, communication, team building, ethics, power/politics, leadership/motivation, conflict/negotiation, and so on. 

Any thievery you would allow would be greatly appreciated.
