Hi folks-

We are nearing the end of our first semester with our curriculum-wide use of TBL. We have had great success with TBL and are committed to continuing with TBL throughout the balance of the curriculum (3 years in classrooms and 1 year out of the classroom on experiential rotations). We will be changing the teams, but are faced with the decision as to when the change should be made.

Do any of you good folks have data or experience as to when it would be best to change teams; at the end of a semester or at the end of an academic year?

Thanks, everyone!

Lane
