I will be teaching managerial economics to graduate students in our university’s MBA program this summer. This will be a new experience for me, as I have not taught this particular course nor have I taught MBA students before. I know what I want to cover topic-wise (generally, more applied intermediate microeconomics - understanding demand, markets, production theory, costs, industry structure, alternative pricing strategies). A particular challenge will be that the course will be two nights a week, 3.5 hours at a time for about five and a half weeks.

Does anyone have suggestions for some good application activities for any portion of this course? Any and all suggestions/ideas are welcome.

Thank you!
