As Bob suggested (thanks Bob!), attached are the working documents for the conference:

(1) Conference Overview
(2) Conference Lineup (program draft)
(3) Registration Form

Some folks are reporting issues accessing the main web-site using older versions of Internet Explorer on PCs.  We are working feverishly on this problem.  I am indebted to those who brought it to our attention, and thanks for your patience!

HOWEVER, some of these folks are still able to access the Registration page, so give that a try if you want to register:
