In the context of health professions education the National Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education has a repository of validated assessment instruments. The ITPS (interdisciplinary team performance scale) may be useful in your context…

Subject: Team skill assessment measure?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a teamwork skills assessment that has been validated? I found a few related to medical/surgical teams, but am interested in a general scale that could be used to measure increases in team/social skills before and after involvement in a TBL classroom.

Any ideas would be appreciated! I'll be happy to compile my findings for the list.
