Hi, everyone:

I pass along my recent article describing and testing a general tool for
creating learning teams that are each heterogeneous, and thus are balanced
across the class (see j.mp/XwpxEy).  The software tool rests on R, and
there are introductory examples in the paper and at j.mp/1x41Z3b.  If you
