Hi
A few things
Vigilance is always part of the game.....we always circulate around
Our tRATs are often only worth 1.5 to 2%....so we don't get overly worried about the ODD transgression
We also have a professionalism sermon about if you let this kind behaviour happen in your team and you don't say anything....you are condoning it.....and thereby guilty of cheating as well
Vigilance and the sermon usually takes care of most of it

Are they just listening to the letter choice or the entire discussion? Perhaps give multiple versions of the test with different IFAT cards and be sure that neighboring teams have different versions of the test.
I don't know that they're listening to the entire discussion. The only thing I've been told about is the letter choice. I could key multiple versions of the quizzes. More work for me...
