I'm asking this question from the context of a medical training university, that accepts 110 students every year.

Question:
When the diverse groups are formed in preparation for TBL, are these groups consistent for every class for the year? I can see the efficiency of this for both the students and instructors.

I look forward to the responses.
thanks
