Good afternoon,

I'd like to point any interested TBL practitioners to a new TBL video
testimonial that you can now view on-line at the University at Albany
website. Kristen Hessler teaches a large philosophy class (138 students)
and has been working on making it more engaging and interactive using
the Michaelsen approach. In this series of clips she describes the
journey through the challenges and triumphs of an implementation, with
some very sharply rendered details. If you still have doubters on your
campus, this testimony brings TBL into the realm of
possibility-especially for teachers of large classes.
