I just took a case teaching workshop....and they provided a nice list of
instructor responses during a discussion

Repeating and Clarifying
Probing and Elaborating
Paraphrasing
Summarizing
Transitioning and Linking
Challenging
Acknowledging
Evaluating
Informing
Interrupting
Gesturing and Non-verbal
Recording

They also had the nice idea of generating a board plan....so you use the
chalkboard well during the application report
