Hi, folks--- 
I have been using TBL since about 1995, but am now facing a major shifting of emphasis at my university towards on-line offerings. As a result, I am now being asked to develop a 100% on-line version of my MBA organizational behavior course. I would really appreciate learning from anyone doing TBL on-line, especially OB and in particular, how the team aspects are to work. Our electronic platform is Moodle.
