At Bradford (UK) we change teams at the end of each academic year.
Team members are together long enough to feel sad about being broken up – but still form new successful teams quickly.
Just like the ‘real world’ as others have said.

Subject: Reformulating teams
For those of you who have students who may be in the same classroom for more than one semester, such as med schools, how often do you reformulate teams?
