we use the simple evaluation (divide the money) similar to the one
described by Fink in the appendix of the TBL book
we do it online using a tool we developed

Perhaps the explicit guidelines for ratings could be in the form of a
rubric. Has anyone developed a rubric specifically for TBL peer
evaluations?
