Gang,
As the term comes screeching to a close, I thought it might be nice to share an out-of-the-blue e-mail I just got from a first-time TBL user:
"Dear Michael,
I loved the team evaluations. Students were very tactful and funny. It doesn't get any better when a student tells another student that they need to come to class more often!"
I know, it's nothing earth-shattering for those of us in the TBL world, but amidst all the grind and groan of the usual resistance, sometimes the quiet but cheerful energy of the newly-converted can put a little spring back into one's step.
:-)
