Hi Everyone,

When I was at the TBL conference back in March, I heard a number of people
claim that in all of their experience, groups score higher on the gRAT than
the highest score of any of the individual group members (on the
corresponding/preceding iRAT). I am very interested to know of any sources
that document these results. Are there any publications that deal with this
or is this something that people have casually noticed as they have gone
along? Any formal investigations?

Thank you.
Matt
