Yes.  There is a $20 million grant-funded project coordinated out of the Meadows Center here at UT in cooperation with several other universities and school districts in Texas and Florida.

Larry spoke with these folks personally last week.

And the CRAZY thing?  Larry and I both found out about this by accident, with them already 2 years into the 5 year grant.
