Hi, folks--
I would appreciate your thoughts on the following.
I allow individuals to keep a record of their own answers on a separate sheet of paper for reference on the team round. Some of my OB teams get a very efficient early start on the team round by one team member comparing these individual answer sheets for differences collecting them either as the members finish and get up to turn in their scantrons or looking at all sheets together after everyone has finished before any team discussion . Then as a team they proceed to only talk about the test items where there are differences of opinion. Any opinions on the learning effects of their approach?
On appeals using IF-AT forms on the team round, I have been asking the teams to defend their first choice, even though they may have gone through more than one alternative before eventually choosing the key's answer. Is this how you all have been doing it?
