Hello Liz,

We have only just started using TBL but our students attend college once a week and we usually deliver 2 modules a day of 3 hour each. Occasionally, we have delivered one module over 6 hours with the same tutor. It is indeed incredibly tiring, both physically and mentally (if delivered face to face) but equally if delivered online. In our view, the best way of dealing with this has been for another tutor to join as a facilitator. Tutor 2 deals with the admin side of the lesson, e.g. scoring iRAT, creating break out rooms etc. I don’t know if this helps at all!

Best wishes,
Anna
