Thanks to all of you that have replied already. It looks like I will 
need to buy some new sheets, which is a bummer because I have (probably) 
100s of old sheets that I'll have to throw away. From what I can tell on 
the Epstein Education website, the smallest number of sheets you can 
purchase at a time is 500. That's part of my problem, as my classes are 
quite small (no more than 7 teams in a class, and as few as 1 team). I 
simply can't use 500 sheets quickly enough before they go bad.

Does anyone know if the sheets can be purchased anywhere in increments 
much smaller than 500...?
