You are receiving this email because you had signed up for email updates about the UBC Green College speaker series “Eurasian States and Societies: Past and Present” organized by Alexia Bloch and Lisa Sundstrom. Sadly, this year was the last year
of the series. However! We have created a listserv to share events and announcements related to Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian research across the Vancouver metro area and subscribed everyone who was on the old list.
If you have events or other announcements that you’d like to share with the list, please email us and we’ll be glad to send them through. We’ll be using the list in future to let you all know about events coming up. Next year we have already know
that there will be a conference and film screening related to the 150th anniversary of
Crime and Punishment in October and Masha Gessen is coming to speak in February.
