Basically, it seems to me, as many of you already know, that many of the
issues that instructors face with active learning such as flipping the
classroom are addressed by Team-Based Learning. Our fellow educators just
need to drink the Kool-Aid and come to this realization. Sometimes it
really feels to me like instructors just need to jump into the deep end of
the swimming pool to see the light.

But then I am a long time convert to TBL. 😉
