Entering the third year of the Covid-19 pandemic, there have been talks about the importance of reversing the pandemic's education losses by using technology to our advantage to teach students effectively and efficiently. My company runs faculty development workshops with the intention of helping educators develop their TBL domain knowledge and learn tactics and strategies to teach more effectively with TBL in in-person, online, and hybrid settings.

Here are some of the faculty development workshops we are running in March. Please feel free to share it with your colleagues for whom you feel might be relevant.

About the workshop: This workshop is for educators, administrators, instructional designers who want to experience Team-based Learning in an online synchronous setting with InteDashboard and learn how a technology platform can help them save time, optimize student learning outcomes, and conduct classes in in-person, online, and hybrid settings.

About the workshop: This workshop is for health sciences educators (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, etc.) to help them advance their understanding of interprofessional education and the phenomenon of bias and prejudice in healthcare, and how to better prepare their students to acquire workforce skills, including collaboration, and break down barriers to collaboration with other healthcare disciplines, patients, and families.

About the panel chat: We are conducting a roundtable discussion on why the TBL pedagogy is a popular choice in health sciences programs and how educators can get started on it. Our panelists will share how they implemented TBL programs at their institutions and reflect on other insights and trends.
