Hi Michael, 

As far as I know, LAMS is the only actively maintained open source implementation for TBL. 

It encompases all aspects of TBL and has added significant enhancements to TBL. Last year, for LAMS users we know, LAMS delivered 1 million lessons out of which 250k were TBL lessons.

Aside from TBL, LAMS can deliver PBL and many other teaching strategies
