Folks. With respect to group dynamics the Google Aristotle project is worth look – if you’re not already familiar with it. Doesn’t imply that groups need much training to work together effectively, so long as they respect each other and have clear meaningful goals. Jon

Many years ago Larry Michaelsen had a keen TA that talked him into doing some group dynamics training for his TBL students….as I remember Larry telling me there was no improvement from the intervention…..does anyone know if this is written up somewhere?
