Would you be interested in contributing to a Professional Development Workshop at the Academy of Management Conference, Chicago, August 10 to 14, 2018?

At the last AOM Conference in Atlanta in August 2017, I presented 2 workshops as part of the Teaching and Learning Conference that is run as part of the AOM Conference. These were well attended, and received good evaluations.

I now wish to repackage these workshops and submit them as Professional Development Workshops to be offered as part of the Conference proper. This would give access to very much larger audience (total attendance is about 10,000 academics).

Please let me know if you are interested in contributing to one or more of the following proposals. This would serve three purposes; firstly, it is more fun to run workshops with others; secondly, participation might give you access to funding from your institution to attend the conference; thirdly, more names would give these proposals more "substance".

(1) Ensuring student engagement with pre-learning teaching methods (Team-Based Learning or Flipped Learning)

(2) Student engagement with team-based teaching methods

If these proposals were to be accepted, then the Academy would expect that you would attend the conference.
