Hello
I do the same. My only caution is to minimize the time gap during which students taking the iRat in class can ask the person with the accommodation what the questions are.

We give the iRAT separately to those students with accommodations, allowing time for them to join the class in time for the gRAT. Nothing extra needed for our applications since they never count for a grade. Never any complaints – 16 years, hundreds and hundreds of students who often complain about lots of things.

Dear colleagues,

I am turning to the collective wisdom of the TBL community with an ADA question. How do you provide accommodations for students with disabilities in the TBL context? I am primarily interested in accommodations for the iRATs, but would be interested in any recommendations for accommodations in tRATs or application exercises. Thanks in advance for any information you can share.
Take care - Mel
