We have been using iPeer since 2012, and it really does the job!

Its easy to install and very easy to use, both for teachers and =
students,
allowing to define different types of peer evaluations and then just use
=93templates=94 to schedule the peer eval events.  Students complete the
evaluations online (you can also configure to send emails to remember =
then
to complete the tasks) and easily view their pairs evaluations later,
online. Its easy for teachers to view and download evaluations results /
grades.=20

I did install originally iPeer in a commercial hosting service and used =
it
for several courses until we finally got it installed in central =
university
servers.=20

As you install its database in the servers that you choose, you (or your
institution) have control of the related information (unlike other =
systems
where all info is stored in their servers).=20

I believe it also has connectors for Blackboard.

If you've never used Google forms, YOU will need a Gmail account, but
students using the form will not. The information entered is saved to an
excel-type spread sheet that you can use for putting in grades and
subjective feedback if you want.  Students are NOT able to see entered

There is a small learning curve to use Google Forms, but the process is
fully explained online.

I=92m a new TBL adopter. So far things feel like they=92re going well, =

1.      PEER FEEDBACK: How can I collect & distribute peer feedback
effectively & efficiently? Our LMS is Blackboard, and we don=92t seem to =

a function that allows students to anonymously give each other feedback =

their =91helping behavior=92 (or does it?). Students who hand write =
feedback
could be identified by their teammates. I could collect it via. email, =
but
that seems labour intensive for me. I=92ve promised anonymity this time, =

might revisit later. Any ideas or insights? =20

2.      AN INEFFECTIVE GROUP: I understand peer feedback might help =
matters.
Baring a shift, one of my groups is not working. One member is super =
strong.
Two are ok. Three are weaker. The strong member does all talking, =
writing,
representing for his group. He tries to ask other members=92 opinions, =
but
mostly they choose to add nothing, and he moves things forward. Any
suggestions to change this dynamic without becoming overbearing?=20
