I also handle this similar to Molly and David. I let the peer evaluation
take care of missed tRATs and Apps. I always explain to students who email
me to apologize for missing a RAT that they need to explain their absence
to their team-mates.

A missed iRAT of course is given zero. I allow students to drop their
lowest iRAT score. tRATs and Apps, however I do not police. I let the team
peer evaluations take care of that.
