Hi

You might use this already

But in our big classes (small for you - only 220 students)

We use a slide with a QR code (lots of free QR generators on internet) and a bit-ly short URL to get students to google form

Subject: Re: TBL Anatomy & Physiology 1

Hi,
I haven't used TBL in my A&P class yet, but am currently redesigning my course for next fall.  I'll post a link to a team activity that I think will generate some good discussion about the characteristics of life.  This is not classroom tested, but I think it will work even in my lecture class with 500 students.
