Dear Manda, To develop undergraduates teamwork skills, the SATAL Program which involves trained students offers supervised peer-led workshops. During the workshop facilitation, to get students think about the roles they will play as part of the team, we use three activities: 1) undergraduates in their classroom, adopt superpowers and collaborate to respond to a natural disaster; 2) they think about real life situations that require team work such sports, medical field, etc; and 3) they build a group resume to identify the roles they will take based on their skills and experiences. Here are the resources for the presentation: http://crte.ucmerced.edu/satal/peer-assisted-satal-workshops I'm looking forward to hearing more ideas.
