There is a great Team Task article in the most recent issue of the Journal of Excellence in College Teaching (the best article I have read in years….a must read!!!). I love their discussion of what are the disciplinary datasets experts use…..and what assumptions, inferences and judgments do expert routinely make…they use this as a guide to build great activities for teams

Hi everyone
I've recently introduced TBL to a history of photography course. So far it's working out but I find the students finish the application exercises much faster than I expect.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make application exercises multi-layered and complex?
Are there any resources for writing involved application exercises?
Many thanks in advance,
Louisa
