The University of South Alabama is searching for an individual to lead its campus-wide Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), which focuses on implementing team-based learning strategies. This is a challenging professional position aimed at improving student learning by increasing student critical thinking and collaborative skills through the utilization of TBL instructional strategies. The QEP Director manages, evaluates, and reports on the progress of this initiative.  The Director works with the QEP Advisory Council, administrators, department chairs, faculty, staff, and students to ensure desired outcomes.
