Dear Colleagues, There are good software systems for student team contribution evaluation. I have been using SparkPlus for 3 years; it is quick to set up, it is robust, it allows me to set the evaluation criteria and rating scales. In particular, it gives me metrics that I use to moderate individual marks for team assignments. In my opinion, it is superior to CATME in ease-of-use, and I used it to exactly replicate my existing form and process. Students need not create an account, and you can cut-n-paste a spreadsheet of student names into a web field and it automatically makes correct team associations. I highly recommend this system.
