Hi Daniel

I might suggest contacting Judy Paterson from New Zealand….her discipline is Math Education and she uses TBL…maybe she can point you towards some resources

My favourite paper (non-TBL) about effectiveness of interactive engagement in quantitative course (in the this case 62 Physics courses) is Hake 1998a….http://web.mit.edu/rsi/www/2005/misc/minipaper/papers/Hake.pdf

He found that Interactive engagement was at least twice as effective as lecture…and when done well could lead to 3X the learning gains

Subject: Evidence of TBL on Maths

Hi all,

Greetings from Chile.
Does anyone have a written evidence about effectiveness of TBL on mathematics courses?
I you do, ¿could you please send me information?
Un gran abrazo,
