Hi

Two pieces of advice

  1. Delay team formation as long as you can…..do orientation with ad hoc groups…..do other things for a week or two
  2. Make sure your team are big….having a team of 7 dropping to 5 doesn't put you in a bad spot….starting with 5 in  a team makes drops really hurt

Subject: Add/drops

Any hints for reducing the impact that beginning of term add/drops have on the teams?

Thanks in advance,
