I have not used TBL in an online environment, but it might be possible to build a form in Google Docs using Grid-type questions. I have attached a sample of a form that could be used for an online iRAT. Because Google Docs stores the choices in a spreadsheet, you could download the spreadsheet and then use a function like countif() to add up the points for the correct answers.
