Mary,

I totally agree with Dean. In addition, I think the VERY most powerful
would be someone who could tell the story of his or her shift from what we
think is typical to someone who realized the added value of learning to
think, solve problems and work with others--especially the value of
struggling with differences of opinion and approach. I think that is the
story of many, if not the majority of our students. The is finding some
convincing story tellers.
