Does anyone know of TBL being used in a modern languages class (preferably German)?

My UMBC colleague, Sarah Leupen, and I are running a day-long TBL workshop for 45 faculty this Wednesday. Enthusiasm seems to be high, but one of the participants who's already read the book said "I didn't find anything in it about using TBL to teach German [her specialty]." I also thumbed through the new TBL in Social Sciences & Humanities book, but didn't see much there or in the TBL Collaborative "Case Bank." 

The German prof was good natured in her ribbing, but I'd love to bring her a resource to start the workshop, and show the power of the list. Any suggestions?
