Your commitment to treatment fidelity is commendable—my guess is that you’re going to have a great experience with TBL. 

 

However, the names you give to the sequences of TBL are less important than actually making sure that you do them well.

 

So—if including the preparatory readings in the RAP makes sense to you, go ahead and describe it that way.  If not, don’t.

 

One of the Values of the TBL Collaborative is “Principles, not cookbook.”  :-)

Please could you clarify whether the readiness assurance process includes the preparatory reading phase or not.  In some readings it suggests it is, but in others I have read it indicates the readiness assurance process includes the tests, appeals and feedback.  I need to be sure I am describing the process correctly!
