Bill and colleagues:  I interpret Larry Michaelsen's comments as "consider whether any tweak in the way you do TBL will DECREASE the individual's voice within a team."  I feel it's easier to imagine how changes in strategy might marginalize team members, but much harder to imagine how changes will INCREASE the voice of individuals within a team.   Basically, I think he is asking us to think before we leap into something new.   Paul

Greetings,

I’m going to paraphrase Larry, that’s the dangerous part.  In his closing remarks he said, If you are going to tweak TBL think about how it will help every member have a voice.

How do we measure that?  Do we have a good test for that?  What would be good proof?

I’m wondering.
