Hi all, I received a really nice 'shout out' that I attribute to using TBL. One of my students (a very good student... and one who has taken every class I teach) was selected to give the undergraduate commencement speech. She 'thanked' me, by name, in her graduation speech. Said that I had challenged her to think/ made her go beyond what she thought she could do in the classroom. Student evaluations are always an interesting read. I had one comment this year that was likely intended as a sharp criticism, but I consider it a complement and wear it as a badge of honor. The comment ... "Dr. Brunner is a TBL extremist!" I thought the TBL gang might enjoy that one. :) Lane ----------------------------------------------------------- Lane J. Brunner, Ph.D., R.Ph.
