I attached a copy of the contract and the accompanying article that we ask teams to read before completing the contract. It is a work in progress. In fact, you give me some good ideas on some items that I could add, thanks!
You are welcome to use, adapt, change these in anyway, if you find them useful. It would be great if you could send me additional ideas on the topic since I use team-based learning as my base teaching/learning approach.

Does anyone use a team contract/charter and are you willing to share a copy?
I am developing an online course and will require teams to initially develop a contract describing how they will handle freeloaders, firing procedures, how and who will contact professor, how they will contact each other, how problems will be prevented/handled,
etc.
