Scott, I'm at UMBC and John Fritz would be a good contact for you to talk to. [log in to unmask].  He''''''''''''' is  ASST. VP, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY and introduced me to TBL.  He may have some ideas about people here you could work with.  Best, Anna Rubin

This is Scott Kubista-Hovis,

I presented a workshop at the TBL conference in Austin, TX. The workshop was on "How to use TBL to increase achievement on State Tests".

I am interested in possibly pursuing a PhD surrounding creating a TBL teacher training program in k-12. Does anyone know of someone who might be interested in talking with me about this possibility? Currently I am specifically interested in local PhD programs (I live in DC) or Universities willing to do a remote PhD program, also if you are interested in being a primary/secondary adviser (remote or local). This idea is a work in progress, so If you have any insight that you think might be interesting I'm all ears.

Thoughts? Comments? Questions?
