Hi All

Bumped into a nice peer eval article

http://soa.asee.org/paper/conference/paper-view.cfm?id=18205

They use a method where instructor decides on range effect of peer eval

for example 20 marks for team assignment, I will allow plus or minus 5 from peer eval

students assign a peer evaluation score from -5 to +5

they then throw out top eval to get rid of friend bias and low score to get rid of gender, ethinicity, persoanality classh effects

say I end up with a +3 evaluation....team assignment is 14/20....then I get 17

Interesting
