I am using TBL for the first time this year and have only done one RAP, but the appeals process was definitely a win for me and the students. They liked being able to argue that the book and/or questions were vague, and it meant no one came to me or wrote emails whining about their grades. It was well worth the class time. I also like how it led the students to get out their textbooks and review the questions they missed, looking for a loophole. -Melissa Michelson On Mon, Oct 6, 2008 at 8:40 AM, Marjorie Baier <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > Appeals are a selling point for me.
