Christine, Yep, it is the same test questions for individual and team, but not the same test format. After the individual, in-class test is taken (either with scantron cards, clickers, or individual use of laptops, perhaps on a course management system), then the teams answer the same questions, perhaps using the IF-AT answer sheets or "scratch off" cards. The individual quiz helps ensure accountability, and the team quiz is where the learning and team bonding really begins (IMHO), as students work through and get feedback on their process for consensus building.
