We do our evaluations online.....then do a quick scan to remove hurtful
comments

Then release comments to students

The comments are presented in randomized order so there is less chance of
knowing who authoured a particular comment

We do a formative evaluation after 4 weeks and a summative at terms end

Interesting we have found that students are more comfortable giving someone
a low score in the rubric based multi-criteria evaluation than the simple
divide the money....publishing this soon....maybe
