Hi! I appreciate the comparison of TBL and PBL. am wondering if anyone
has done a comparison of TBL with the 4MAT System of Teaching and
Learning by Dr. Bernice McCarthy? The website is: www.aboutlearning.com

I have taught at the post-secondary level (in Calgary, Alberta and now
in Pittsburg, KS) for over 25 years, but had little "teacher education"
- I did do a Master of Arts Degree in Confluent Education at the
University of Calif. at Santa Barbara while on Professional Leave from
Mount Royal College, Calgary, which is about the closest to teacher ed.
that I have had. I also completed the 1st and 2nd levels of the 4MAT
training several years ago, which I found to be most helpful as a
teacher. I continue to seek out models of teaching/learning to become
the best teacher that I can, therefore my interest in TBL, etc.

Thanks.
