There are a variety of excellent TBL resources in pharmacology available on MedEdPORTAL.
Here is an example of a couple of them:

Karpa K, Whaley S. Teaching first order pharmacokinetics with team-based learning. MedEdPORTAL Publications. 2014;10:9963. http://dx.doi.org/10.15766/mep_2374-8265.9963

Snyder A, Markowsky S, Black E, De Leo J. Pharmacokinetic team-based learning experience: phenytoin. MedEdPORTAL Publications. 2015;11:10034. http://dx.doi.org/10.15766/mep_2374-8265.10034

Many resources require "special clearance", but all that means is that you have to prove you are a faculty member; this is to protect the material from students.
You provide contact information to the AAMC and someone calls to confirm you identity. It can take as little as a few minutes and seldom more than a day or two.

To look at the resources in general, I would encourage you to go to www.MedEdPORTAL.org
You'll need a AAMC ID, but you can get that just by registering.
There are also many members of the Team Based Learning Collaborative who are pharmacologists; you can get their names and contact information by becoming a member (it's a modest fee).
For more information about the TBLC go to http://www.teambasedlearning.org/

I would be interested in hearing from people about this too!
