Stephen,

We had (he retired in December) an accounting professor who used TBL in a graduate theory class and thought it really worked well. I asked about use in intro accounting. He was concerned that many students wouldn't get enough of the basics without a lot of repetition computing the numbers. He though it might work if you combined TBL with an individual skills lab. After intro, he thought TBL was the way to go.

Sorry I can't give you anything first hand.

Anyone used TBL in Intro Acct classes? I'm a fairly new MnSCU (MN)
instructor looking for assistance/guidance. Thanks.
